Casino Night Zone - четвертая по счёту зона в игре Sonic the Hedgehog 2. Выполнена в стиле казино. Никогда не спящий город, Casino Night Zone полон пинбольных машин, мигающих огней и игровых автоматов. Игрок должен остерегаться игровых автоматов, так как при выпадении трех Роботников он теряет 100 колец. С другой стороны, если игрок достаточно везуч, он может собрать вплоть до 999 колец
Casino Night Zone - пример резкой смены дизайна, с розового карточного оформления в Sonic 2 Beta, до золотого в финальной версии.
Casino Night Zone также появлялась в двух сериях сериала Adventures of Sonic The Hedgehog: "High Stakes Sonic" и "Mobius 5000", а также в первом выпуске комиксов Арчи
