Resort Island - по традиции первый, тропический уровень в стиле сониковских ретро игр, появившийся в Sonic R. На уровне спрятан лишь один Изумруд Хаоса. Если игрок соберёт все пять медальонов, то он сможет соревноваться один на один с Метал Соником, и после победы над ним он будет открыт как играбельный персонаж.
На уровне играет трек Can You Feel the Sunshine.
